EV Ranch & Lodge
The EV Ranch is one of our Premier Mule Deer properties.
This property consists of roughly 35,000 continuous acres, to include several miles of creek bottom lined with dense cottonwoods, thickets of russian olives, with dry land crops, a few sage flats, rolling grass hills, clusters of giant buttes with a large mass of ponderosa timber stands.
This property have been strictly managed for 10+ years now.
Our main goal / focus is to only take bucks that are 5+ year old typically scoring 160 - 175+, occasionally there will be a few
175 - 190+ type bucks cruising around, especially during the rut.
It's not uncommon to see from 5 - 15+ mule deer bucks in a single day.
Our Trophy Deer Hunts include lodging in a fully furnished modernized
5 Bed / 3 Room House, in town, centrally located near the property.
